“ON-KA TURİZM İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ“ was founded in Ankara, TURKEY in 1994.

Between 1994-1996, following work was carried out as a rough construction subcontractor of SIBKON LTD. ŞTİ. under West Siberian Metallurgical Plant (Zapsib, ZSMK) – Novokuznetsk, Russian Federation:

- Fire proof goods factory, administrative/office building, garage – repair shop, main substation, sodium hydroxide building, main manufacturing building
- Financial police force service building.
- Ilinka 10 story ferro-concrete building construction, using steel form (5 buildings in total)
- Lime plant portico construction (157 m)
- Residence construction in Slavina Region (25 villas in total).

Total work consists of:

- 36,785 m3 ferro-concrete
- 199,700 m2 form
- 3,550 tons steel
- 29,500 m2 briquette wall

Between 1997 – 2001, provided consultancy services for construction of 53 chalets in Çamlıdere, Ankara. In 1998, ON-KA merged with Batu İnş. Ltd. Şti. and established B.O.B. Joint Venture, that carried out following work till 2006.

- Bridge and viaduct work as a subcontractor of “Karadeniz Otoyolu”/Blacksea Motorway project conducted by NTY (Nurol – Tekfen – Yüksel Joint Venture), in Bolaman - Perşembe region. (Turkey)
- “Asarkayası Tunnel Construction” with a total length of 620 m, which is completed along with the same project.
- Bridge and Viaduct work of “Bursa Beltway Construction” under the contractor Gülsan A.Ş. (Turkey)
- Rough construction of “multi-purpose building and sports complex” in Algeria, Blida between 2006-2007 under the contractor Promo Sim-Spa (Algeria).
- Construction a palatial mansion in Bodrum, Turkey.
- Between 2009 - 2010 following rough construction performed in Al-Fateh University Campus, Tripoli-Libya under contractor FEKA A.Ş.
- Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics Building
- General Purpose and Chemical Warehouse.
- Ferro-concrete retaining wall, waste water treatment facility, water station, swimmig pool construction in the scope of “Bodrum Cennet Koyu Butik Otel ve Villalar” Project of ASTAŞ HOLDING, between 2011-2012.
- Following rough contruction work was performed between 2012-2013 in Kabul, Afghanistan under contractor FEKA A.Ş. for ISAF - International Security Assistance Force (NATO)
- CIS (Corporate Information Systems) Building
- Rear ECP (Entry Control Point)
